The Fitness Society runs one or two fitness events per week. These range from a run in Hyde Park, to a workout session with a personal trainer, from bouldering to Zumba and Yoga. As with all RCM societies there is no commitment and you pay per event (you don’t have to sign up at the start of the year or pay a membership fee). What’s even better is that the SU subsidises Fitness Society events as part of our Health and Well-being initiative.
Fitness Society events are open to all college students. Signing up to the society means that you will be on the mailing list and will receive advance warning about events and will be consulted as to what events you want. You will also be given priority for events with limited places.
