Mental Health

Mental Health issues affect lots of young adults and university students and continues to be a difficult subject to talk about. The RCM SU encourages any students who would like to discuss problems around this issue to visit student services (020 7591 4316 or [email protected] ) or talk to an SU officer (all of whom have been trained in basic Mental Health first aid). If you would like to talk to a member of the SU team you can contact us individually, or visit the SU on one of our designated Student Triage hours. The RCM has a councillor who is available to students who might be experiencing problems with mental health. She can be contacted through student services at the above email address. You can also contact your GP about your mental health and they will be able to advise you of the best course of action.
